Watch a Piece of Land Rover History Captured on Film

After the video we showed off last month here on our blog it's clear that Land Rover models can handle even the toughest terrain that Mother Nature can toss our way.  This rugged reliability has been a staple of our vehicles for some time now, with then history of Land Rover being full of successful expeditions.

One of these successful expeditions came back in 1989 when a caravan of Land Rover Range Rover's took to the Great Divide.  Traveling from the border of Wyoming, across Colorado and ending in northern New Mexico this adventure is now celebrating its 25th anniversary, so our brand rereleased the short film that focused on the expedition:

Spanning 1,128 miles this expedition will be reenacted this year by a new caravan of 2014 Land Rover Range Rover models, and there will be a contest allowing you to even get involved.

If you just want to embark on your own journey right here in Farmington Hills, Michigan then you won't have to wait behind the wheel of a new Land Rover model, so check one out today.
