I was very impressed with the service we received from
the time we entered the dealership until the time we left. The customer service
was great all the way up until the time they delivered my truck from Farmington
Hills to my House in Flint, MI. My sales person was great and non-pressuring to
work with. We weren't sure about the purchase at first and he never tried to
push us into a sale. Once we made up our minds several days later he made the
purchase so easy on our end. We did most of the paper work through email since I
lived more than 50 miles from the dealership and he also delivered it to our
house after work the next day. Right after I purchased my used vehicle I had a
small problem with the charger port in front and called my sale person and he
was glad to help me out with that. I give him and the dealership a A+ and I am
hard to please. This is my second purchase from a Erhard dealership and I would
definitely purchase again in the future
